When one of Coffs Coast’s leading beachside resorts looked to undertake a refresh of their hotel - Opal Cove Resort partnered with OPEN4 to deliver the FF&E refurbishment of 134 guest rooms.
OPEN4 were engaged to provide the lead role in delivering a turnkey solution by managing the receipt of the imported FF&E including the receival of 7 x 40ft Containers with 689 FF&E items, Transport, Floor loading, Staging, Installation, all at the same time as keeping the hotel operational for its customers.
The FF&E items consisted of Desks, Mini Bar Units, Wall Panel TV Units, Bedhead Panels, Bedside Tables, Custom Wardrobes, Custom Joinery, Wall Mounted Mirrors, TV Wall Brackets, and Integrated LED Lighting.
