Introducing Scott Montgomery - Open4's New Managing Director

We're delighted to welcome Scott Montgomery to Open4 as our new Managing Director and we wanted our valued clients to be among the first to know.

Scott brings more than two decades of leadership experience in the relocations and logistics industry.

Strategic Planning

Most recently, he served as Managing Director and General Manager of Premier Office Relocations (trading as Allied Business Relocations) across NSW, ACT and WA, and Premier Mobility (trading as Allied Moving Services) in Sydney — a role he held for over a decade. During that time, he led the negotiation of national sole-supplier agreements, oversaw the launch and growth of three new companies within the group, and drove long-term strategic planning across sales, operations, and financial performance.

Before stepping into that leadership role, Scott spent five years as Business Development Manager, building long-term client contracts and driving revenue growth, following six years as an On Road Sales Consultant with Allied Pickfords — giving him a genuine, ground-up understanding of the industry from client-facing sales through to executive leadership. Scott is known for his methodical, data-driven approach to strategic planning and financial management, his skill in contract negotiation and supplier partnerships, and his focus on operational efficiency and quality assurance. He also recently completed the Leadership Accelerator Course with World Class Teams, reflecting his ongoing commitment to strong, accountable leadership.

In his new role as Managing Director, Scott will focus on building on Open4's strong foundations, strengthening client partnerships, driving sustainable growth and ensuring the high standard of service our clients have come to expect.
