Recommended by MPA, OPEN4 has been engaged by J2 Projects to provide a turnkey logistics solution, this includes project management, warehousing, transport and installation for the fitout of a new Work Club location at 477 Collins Street, Melbourne.
Work Club provides flexible workplace solution to their members. 8 floors of offices, meeting rooms and shared workplaces accompanying an atrium and 2 bars on the lower levels provides a collaborative & fun place to work. At the same time OPEN4 was engaged by Nineto to receive, deliver and install Humanscale task chairs and Cinto meeting chairs to Work Club. Being that we were already onsite OPEN4 was able to provide a streamlined and cost-effective solution.
477 Collins Street is a 40-story new build in Melbourne (and restoration of a heritage building which Work Club have turned into 5 floors of private suites) and that brings its own challenges. Many trades onsite, delays in gaining access to the floor, reduced lift access and restrictions around COVID did not stop OPEN4 from delivering stage 1 of the project ONTIME. Work Club since has engaged OPEN4 on 3 more projects. To be successful on this project required bringing all stakeholders together, setting expectations, communicating changes and providing a total solution, warehousing, transport and installation, to be in control of delivering the project.
