SCOPE OF WORKS

  • Receive of all client supplied furniture items at OPEN4 Sydney warehouse, delivery to site, floor loading and placement of furniture for 53 x Villas:

  • A total of 3,161 FF&E items consisting of: King ensemble & bedhead, King split ensemble, Twin bedhead, King bed runner, Single bed runner, Feature chair, Bedside table, Artwork, Sofa bed, Scatter cushions, Decor items, Floor rug, Occasional chair, Coffee table, Side table, Ottoman, Lamps, Dining tables , Dining chairs, Dining bench seat, Bar stool, Outdoor table, Outdoor chair, Outdoor lounge, Sofa modular

DESCRIPTION / SOLUTION


Transport of 6 x 40' containers from Sydney Port to OPEN4 Sydney warehouse by OPEN4 , unloading of 6 x 40' containers of client supplied FF&E from offshore suppliers  and receive 80 x King ensembles , 86 x King split ensembles in a "just in - Quality inspection of packaging only & further inspection if packaging is damaged- Works being completed over 5 stages- Attachment of 114 x TV monitors to wall mounting- All client supplied OS&E supplied fully assembled & freestanding- All OS&E items fit thru corridors and thru doors (without dismantling)
