Joinery and installation

SCOPE OF WORKS

• Remove and relocate shopfitting's for floor layers ready for trading

• Install new stud wall for new fitting rooms

• Install one new door to fitting rooms with door hardware

• Supply and install grab rails to 1 x fitting room

• Supply and install new stainless-steel laminate skirting to fitting rooms

• Install Target supplied 4 x mirrors to fitting rooms

• Widen rear fire exit door then supply and fit new door and frame including hardware

• Build fire hose cupboard with door & signage

• Install new pin boards & notice boards

• Install 1 bay of strip shelving to toilet area with shelves

• Install 5 bay of strip shelving to cleaner's area & rear lobby with shelves
