• Dispatch furniture as per customer recommendations

• Deliver furniture to site

• Installation of FF&E as per client requirements

DESCRIPTION / SOLUTION

Site Management of all Hotel FF&E Delivery and Installation works, including:

 - Project Management & Leadership (Direct field teams and co-ordination with builder, includes supervision of Chinese install team). 
 - Prepare and issue Pre-works site and safety inductions with all service west staff, insurances, and workers health & safety documentation for Builders approval.
 - Attend site meetings with builder and client.
 - Pre-works Dilapidation Report and sign off with builder.
 - Quality Inspection assessment and defects documentation of all furniture items.
 - Final Inspection and sign off with builder / customer.
