"I don’t know that the job could have run ANY SMOOTHER even if we wanted it to!"
Tom Ruggieri, GM Plant Operations, LaCour
OPEN4 provided turnkey solutions for international client, Overseas Brokers (New York, USA) to receive, assemble and hand-over a fit-out for Puma Energy in the Northshore Hamilton precinct in Brisbane’s inner north. The project was delivered ahead of schedule and defect free.
The 320 position project scope included receiving 4 x 40" containers on site, loading to the floor and complete installation service including 320 LaCOUR workstations, 180 cabinets, 37 meeting room tables in varying sizes (some up to 4.8m in length).
The project also included detailed project planning, engaging closely with multiple stakeholders including the builder, our client Overseas Brokers and the manufacturer LaCour. OPEN4's adoption of task specific moving equipment also limited the chance of damage to product, and ensured a safe working environment for our team and other trades on site.
The delivery and installation ran exactly to plan, and was handed over ahead of schedule and with zero defects.
The success of the project was attributed to a great flow of information, forward planning between all stakeholders, and an experienced installation and project management team.
Tom Ruggieri, GM of Plant Operations at LaCour Inc. said, "I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their assistance in making this project a success, I don’t know that the job could have run any smoother even if we wanted it to.”
Rob Paterson, Site Manager, Graystone said, "OPEN4 had great communication prior to their arrival on site, the guys all worked well with other trades, worked safely, showed a great attention to detail, finished ahead of schedule and defect free. Once again thank you from the Graystone Team.”
