The third of the International Towers that dominate the skyline of Barangaroo have now been completed.
OPEN4 has been involved in a number of the exciting fit-outs at the three International Towers that comprise the state-of-the-art Barangaroo Precinct on Sydney Harbour's iconic foreshore.
OPEN4 was awarded by Lend Lease as the single source of delivery and installation for 2400 furniture items from 138 different furniture ranges from 11 renowned Australian furniture suppliers. All of the specified furniture suppliers delivered the product to the OPEN4 warehouse, where we received and consolidated the product, then delivered and assembled it on-site.
This is an area in which OPEN4 is unique and an expert. Going through a single-point of contact realises efficiencies in delivery schedules, reduces congestion on a very busy building site and provided a pain-free service for Lend Lease by coordinating multiple suppliers through our dedicated project manager.
